Initial meeting procedure (click)

Procedures of initial meeting and quotation

If you have chosen South Africa and/or Southern Africa (Botswana, Namibia, Tanzania), come to us as early as possible with your request. Depending on the season, high and low season, we recommend 6 to 10 months before your desired travel start date.
In a personal meeting we will roughly design your trip. Expect 30 to 45 minutes. After that we will prepare a résumé with an approximate budget price and let you know. You now have three weeks to think it over and inform us afterwards. As a rule, we will prepare this first offer without any costs for you.
After your final decision to make an offer, we will prepare and send you a comprehensive offer. This is very time-consuming, because it is tailored only to you. For our know-how and advice we therefore charge a handling fee of
CHF 250.00. This amount will be credited to you in full when you finally book the trip.

For each follow-up offer we charge a fee according to the time and effort involved. This fee will be credited again with a definitive booking.
